Our Origins, A Clinical Mission

Epiphany MindWorks grew out of a late ADHD diagnosis intersecting with perimenopause, revealing how traditional psychiatric workflows often ignore hormonal drivers of instability and partial treatment response.

The Need For Neuroendocrine-Informed Care

Many clinicians recognize that hormones influence mood, focus, sleep, and cognition, yet lack a structured way to evaluate and document these factors. Our work addresses that gap by providing a systematic method to screen, interpret key labs, and integrate neuroendocrine insights directly into psychiatric decision-making and collaboration.

Bridging Research, Workflows, And Real Practice

We translate current neuroendocrine and psychiatric literature into the HARMONY Integration Method, a stepwise framework that fits within existing diagnostic and prescribing models. Through courses, templates, and case-based training, we help clinicians move between evidence and workflow so that research findings become consistent, defensible clinical processes.
